As Roman Reigns is still absent from television following his loss to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL, Solo Sikoa has reportedly taken over the leadership responsibilities of The Bloodline. Sikoa, the Enforcer of the faction, recently shared his reaction on social media to a major announcement regarding the heel faction. With Reigns’ hiatus, Sikoa has made sure that The Bloodline continues to be a dominant force on the blue brand, finding able support from recent recruits Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa.
The Bloodline Acknowledgement Ceremony, which is scheduled to take place on SmackDown this Friday at Madison Square Garden, is set to officially welcome The Samoan Werewolf Jacob Fatu into the group. Fatu recently made his debut on SmackDown, further strengthening the group. WWE personality Paul Heyman recently updated the fans on the announcement, which Sikoa reshared on his Instagram Stories.
Sikoa’s recent Instagram Story features a screengrab of Heyman’s update, which generated significant buzz among fans. The Bloodline members have been making headlines, with Sikoa facing Cody Rhodes in a singles match last week on SmackDown. However, the contest was cut short when Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa attacked the American Nightmare, only for Kevin Owens and Randy Orton to make their way to the ring to help Rhodes.
Fatu made a strong impression in his debut, decimating the babyfaces. Speaking on the Notsam Wrestling podcast, WWE analyst Sam Roberts suggested that Fatu might be the perfect opponent for Roman Reigns to go on his journey to stop Sikoa’s dominance. Roberts believes that facing Fatu would allow Reigns to regain the power and stop Sikoa’s “absolute reign of terror.” With The Bloodline set to face the team of Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens at the Money in the Bank premium live event, it will be interesting to see which team comes out on top in Toronto on July 6.
