In a recent episode of Writing with Russo, Vince Russo shared his thoughts on WWE’s handling of Shinsuke Nakamura and Cody Rhodes. Russo expressed his surprise and disappointment about Nakamura’s win-loss record, which he claimed was one win and 39 losses in his last 40 matches. He blamed Triple H and the WWE creative team for Nakamura’s fall from grace, questioning whose fault it was if not theirs.
Apart from Nakamura, Russo also criticized WWE’s handling of Cody Rhodes, who he claimed has lost much of his momentum. According to Russo, Rhodes has nothing to say, and it’s not that he has nothing to say, but the creative team has nothing for him.
Meanwhile, Cody Rhodes will defend his Undisputed WWE Championship against AJ Styles in an ”I Quit” Match at the Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event this weekend.
