On Saturday, WWE will make history as it presents the much-awaited premium live event, Clash at the Castle: Scotland, at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland. This marks WWE’s first premium live event and live-streaming event in Scotland, following the success of the inaugural Clash at the Castle in September 2022, held in Cardiff, Wales, which was WWE’s most-viewed and highest-rated international premium live event ever at the time.
WWE has planned a longer run time for the premium live event and will hold two pre-shows. The “Kickoff” pre-show will air on Peacock at 11 a.m. ET on Friday, not Saturday, while fans in Glasgow are invited to attend the free Kickoff at the SEC (Scottish Event Campus) Centre Hall Four, which will begin at 4 p.m. local time, with no tickets required for entry. WWE will also air the “Countdown to Clash at the Castle: Scotland” pre-show at 12 p.m. ET on Saturday, the day of the show, which continues the recent trend of airing countdown previews in the lead-up to premium live events instead of kickoffs.
A live post-show is scheduled to air on Saturday night, immediately after the premium live event goes off the air. The main portion of Clash at the Castle: Scotland is listed as 2 p.m. ET, or 7 p.m. local time, with the current start time being the same as what the arena has listed for when doors open. However, the OVO Hydro mentioned that finalized times will be released later this week on their website.
The updated lineup for WWE Clash at the Castle: Scotland includes five matches, with Damian Priest set to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Drew McIntyre, with The Judgment Day banned from ringside. The stage is set for what promises to be an exciting event, and fans around the world will be tuning in to see it all go down.
