Bayley’s Title Run: Ready for a Surprise Cash-In?

Matt Camp, a former WWE host, recently expressed his opinion on Bayley’s title run since winning the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania XL. Camp believes that Bayley’s title reign has been underwhelming, with nothing particularly noteworthy happening since her victory at the Show of Shows. However, he also mentioned that Bayley could potentially survive her match against Nia Jax at SummerSlam despite taking a significant beating.

Camp’s conversation took an interesting turn when he discussed the possibility of Chelsea Green cashing in her Money in the Bank contract on Bayley. This scenario could play out if Green were to win the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match and decide to cash in on Bayley immediately after her match against Nia Jax at SummerSlam. Camp believes that this scenario would get a positive reaction from the audience and potentially turn Chelsea Green into a babyface.

The former host pointed out that this storyline could be effective, as it would allow Green to capitalize on Bayley’s perceived weakness after losing to Jax. Green’s victory would also be a surprise to audiences, making it a compelling and unexpected turn of events. Camp even went so far as to say that this storyline could be a pop-culture moment, with fans cheering for Green after her cash-in.

In a recent segment on WWE SmackDown, Bayley congratulated Green on her victory in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match. However, Bayley also warned Green that she would suffer the same fate as her partner Piper Niven, who was defeated by Bayley at Clash at the Castle. “You’re a sneaky snake,” Bayley said, warning Green that she was keeping a close eye on her.

It would be interesting to see if Camp’s proposed storyline plays out, and how long Bayley can hold onto the WWE Women’s Championship. With Chelsea Green’s victory in the Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match, all eyes are on her to see if she will indeed cash in her contract and take the title from Bayley.
