Since Rhea Ripley took time off from WWE to recover from a shoulder injury, the terrain of the wrestling world has shifted. Liv Morgan has been persistently chasing Dominik Mysterio, while Ripley has been occupied with matters outside the ring.
Ripley suffered the injury during a backstage brawl with Morgan, forcing her to relinquish the Women’s World Championship. Although Becky Lynch won the Battle Royal to become the new champion and Morgan defeated her to capture the gold, Ripley seems unfazed by the storyline. She has not posted anything related to Morgan or Mysterio on social media, despite being active.
Instead, Ripley has spent her time off with friends and family. She recently shared an adorable picture of herself and her fiancé, Buddy Matthews, on her Instagram story, with their dog watching in the background.

Meanwhile, Morgan has set her sights on Mysterio, who appears to be stuck in a love triangle involving Ripley and Morgan. Morgan even gave Mysterio a key to her hotel room on RAW this past Monday.
Jordynne Grace proposed a unique stipulation to decide who gets Mysterio – a ‘Custody of Dominik’ ladder match between Ripley and Morgan. Grace drew inspiration from the ladder match that took place at SummerSlam in 2005 between Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero.
There is no word yet on when Ripley will return to action. However, it is clear that The Eradicator will be looking to reclaim the title she never lost upon her return.
