According to Russo, the angle is causing damage to Damian Priest’s credibility. The storyline involves Liv Morgan making advances towards Dominik Mysterio in her quest to take everything away from Rhea Ripley. Morgan has been trying to woo Dominik over the past few weeks, giving him a key to her hotel room and interfering in his matches.
Russo, a former WWE employee, recalls doing a similar skit with Ric Flair and Kimberly Page back in his days as a writer. However, he notes that WWE did nothing with that storyline once it was over.
