Cody Rhodes recently defended his Undisputed WWE Championship against Logan Paul, leaving fans speculating about his next opponent. Former WWE Superstar Matthew Rehwoldt, also known as Aiden English, shared his thoughts on the Rebooked podcast. He suggested that SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis should introduce a 20-man Battle Royal to determine Rhodes’ next challenger, emphasizing the importance of earning the opportunity rather than being handpicked. Rehwoldt hinted that LA Knight could be a strong contender for the coveted spot. Despite previous unsuccessful title attempts during Roman Reigns’ reign, Rehwoldt believes that another chance for the 240-lbs WWE Superstar could enhance his career.

Rhodes, who claimed the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania XL, has successfully defended his title against notable competitors like AJ Styles and Logan Paul in televised matches. Live events also saw him triumph over Shinsuke Nakamura and Dominik Mysterio.
