WWE Superstar Shotzi has been absent from the wrestling scene following an unfortunate injury. Shotzi, 32, last competed against Lyra Valkyria for the NXT Women’s Championship on February 13, where the match had to be halted due to a knee injury she sustained, later diagnosed as an ACL tear. After 104 days of recovery, Shotzi took to Instagram to share a positive update, showcasing her first session of stem cell therapy and expressing her strength and health post-injury.

Shotzi’s absence from WWE television has left fans wondering about her future in the ring. Mick Foley, WWE Hall of Famer, expressed his admiration for Shotzi and his belief that WWE could have done more with her character. Foley mentioned his disappointment at the missed opportunities for Shotzi’s potential, highlighting her uniqueness and the impact she could have had, including a potential victory in the Women’s Royal Rumble Match.

Despite initial plans for Shotzi to participate in a Women’s Elimination Chamber qualifying match, her injury led to her replacement by Alba Fyre. This change allowed Naomi to face Fyre instead, resulting in Naomi’s victory. As Shotzi continues her recovery journey, fans eagerly anticipate her eventual return to the WWE spotlight. Only time will reveal when Shotzi will be back in action, showcasing her resilience and determination to overcome her injury setback and make a triumphant comeback to the wrestling scene.
