The Queen of Harts, in a heartfelt Instagram post, expressed admiration for Sky’s dedication and skill. She commended Sky as the 60th woman she had wrestled in WWE, emphasizing her enjoyment of sharing the ring with her despite the defeat.

Emotions ran high as Bayley, winner of the Women’s Royal Rumble, selected Iyo Sky as her opponent at WrestleMania. In a thrilling showdown at The Show of Shows, Bayley triumphed over her former ally, becoming the new WWE Women’s Champion. The intense rivalry culminated in a Triple Threat match at Backlash, where Bayley successfully defended her title against Naomi and Tiffany Stratton.

In a shocking turn of events, Bayley discovered betrayal looming within her faction, Damage CTRL, after overhearing conversations involving Iyo Sky. The WWE Women’s Champion revealed in an interview with Wrestling that the betrayal was a long time coming. Despite the faction’s attempt to deceive her, Bayley astutely recognized their intentions, foiling their plans.

Dakota Kai, a member of Damage CTRL, voiced her opinion on Bayley’s leadership style, suggesting that the faction would thrive without her controlling influence. As the faction transitions to WWE RAW and Bayley remains on SmackDown, the dynamics within the WWE women’s division promise further intrigue and rivalries.
