Microsoft announced a gaming service called xCloud on Android devices, this platform allows users to engage in retro gaming: More than one hundred Xbox games will be available for devices that could never run them, the key feature is that they will be streamed from remote servers like a video, to access this uncanny entertainment time-cruncher users will need to pay an Xbox Game Pass subscription, a service that has several tiers and in order to play Halo on that old android phone, you’re gonna have to pay the highest fee for Xbox Game Pass.

Xbox Game Pass

There are three Xbox Game Pass tiers, there’s the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, the Xbox Game Pass, and the Xbox Game Pass for PC. All tiers offer over two hundred games. Only the Ultimate pass gives access to Xbox Live Gold, xCloud, and EA Play. The price tags are evident: The ultimate pass costs $14.99 US dollars a month. The perks for paying Microsoft this tremendous amount of money is the possibility of accessing an on-growing catalog of games that will keep you busy as the world falls apart thanks to Coronavirus lockdowns.

The Game Pass and Game Pass for PC give you games, alas the Game Pass Ultimate gives you xCloud and a lot of free games. If you own a PC and an Android telephone, the Game Pass Ultimate might be able to attract your attention because it offers you to take your games anywhere you go.

If you ask us, that’s a lot of titles to cater to all tastes, so please take into consideration the amount of time you’ll be spending playing with Microsoft’s time crunching alternatives. Users are primarily paying for a massive consumption catalog of games similar to Epic Games or Steam, only that they’re bundling it with a subscription with perks to keep users hooked on. Regardless of what you think of these marketing tactics, the games are there for you if you want to play them.
